Our 100% volunteer run association is committed to promoting higher education, community involvement, and sportsmanship through the sport of rodeo. Because we are a non-profit, student focused organization, we rely heavily on sponsorships and support from folks exactly like you. We sincerely appreciate your consideration to sponsor us.

Team Sponsorship
Barrel Sponsor $300 :
Your name/ logo will go on a barrel wrap for advertisement at every barrel race we host, a business link and logo will be placed on our Facebook page, and your logo and business listed in any written programming. Sponsor provided banner/ flag to be carried or hung at each rodeo.
Association Sponsor :

This Sponsorship supports our entire team. Each year we have equipment to maintain and purchase, judges to pay, insurance fees, team travel expenses, etc. Your name/ logo will be placed on our Facebook page, and your logo and business listed in any written programming.
EvenT Sponsor :
We host a “Cowboy Ball,” several Board meetings, and a retreat/ planning meeting each year. If you would like to make “in-kind” donations to assist with those, please contact Kathleen directly.

Individual Member Sponsorship

Each individual member is responsible for obtaining a minimum of $200 sponsorships each season. Any funds raised over the $200 requirement go directly to the student and may be used toward entry fees, travel fees to compete at the State and/ or National level, and other rodeo related fees that qualify for reimbursement. If you would like to sponsor a specific individual, please be sure to note the Member’s name on your sponsorship form. Any specific marketing commitments/ sponsorship requirements are to be communicated directly with the member.
